Skip the morning chat-shows and opt instead for calming or happy music that will put you in a good mood for the rest of the day.

2.MAKE PHOTO ALBUMS Without saying much, take time to check through you electronic devices and copy out the pictures of you and your friends and family that most put smile on your face. Not only that you copy them out go to a nearby photo studio and give it all a paper printing if possible with a great captions on each and make sure you give it a glance every now an then.

3.DISCONNECT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA  This might seems too impossible and weird to your ears especially in this high tech trends but believe me to so many people this 3rd step might be the next thing to do to get them out of this word STRESS and I will be honest to you that this step might be hard for you to do but I promise you go take a stress check before doing this and after you unplug your self for a while go back and do same you will see what I am talking about.

4.GET SOME SUNSHINE  While this may seem like a novel idea in this day and age, going outside may actually help reduce stress and lift your sour mood. Those who spend their days “locked” in a window less cubicle or stale office building may start to feel the moan of depression due to the lack of light.Instead of eating lunch in the break room, try taking a stroll in the great outdoors and giving yourself some fresh air. Beyond simply taking a break outside, many find that outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and running actually help reduce stress and calm the mind. The next time you’re feeling stressed, try going for a run.

5.GET SEXY Not only is it fun, sex is also an easy way of reducing one’s stress level. In fact, many studies have found there are multiple health benefits that come from romping in the bedroom.
